Executive Coaching

Leaders learn to work from the heart as well as the head when they work with an executive coach.

Executive coaching is about getting people in touch with their best selves-the one that acts out of purpose and intention instead of ego and scarcity. The one that yearns to serve something bigger than themselves. By working with a coach, you have the space to reflect, to listen to that little voice in your head that knows more than the logical mind can ever know. Priorities become clearer and you make better decisions. You direct your energy to what matters.

Executive coaching transforms more than individuals. It transforms organizations, both in terms of the bottom line as well as the culture. Research shows an ROI of 5-7 times the initial investment. And along the way to improving the bottom line, coaching begins to reverse the tide of Dilbert-ism. Bright, full-hearted people have become cynical and discouraged in workplaces. Coaching creates leaders who invite others to be powerful as well.

"Carol's engineering background makes her uniquely positioned to see both the left-brain and right-brain perspectives of any situation. In looking at problems, she's able to respond by coupling the "soft skills" with an analytical approach."

Services:

  • Leadership Coaching One-on-one coaching, 2-4 hours per month, tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses. Emphasis on combining right and left brain thinking to create new results.
  • Group Coaching 4-6 individuals with similar job roles meet regularly to explore common issues and brainstorm. With a coach, participants learn from each other, build up confidence, and move into action.
  • Turning Feedback into Action You've received your 360 degree feedback. Now what? People will judge you by your actions more than your words. Make the most of precious feedback by partnering with a coach to deepen the learning and forward the action.
  • Staff Meeting Doctor Tired of regular meetings that no one looks forward to? We observe a live meeting, assess what's really happening and make recommendations for improved effectiveness in leading staff meetings.
  • Meetings That Matter Most managers go to lots of meetings but only a few really matter. We facilitate meetings and retreats to create meaningful outcomes and critical business direction.

Don't see what you need? Tell us more about your situation. If we have the expertise, we'll help you implement a solution. If we're not the right people to help you, we'll find out who is and help you make the right connection.
